Shipping terms
We usually use Royal Mail for shipping. Orders ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise notified. Shipping costs are based on size and weight and destination. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we try to indicate shipping costs on the listing - but occasionally may need to contact you directly to arrange the safest method of getting your purchase to you. Royal Mail offers differing levels of insurance and tracking and we try to ensure that the item cost is covered by insurance should anything happen to the item in transit. We aim to keep you informed by email. We try to keep packaging as eco-friendly as possible - but protection of the item in transit is paramount.
We kindly request that our overseas customers contact us prior to ordering, for a personalised shipping quote which will be charged at cost. Shipping costs do not include taxes or duties for cross-border shipments, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
