Amiya Bhaumik holds a Bachelor and double Master degrees, and a PhD in a number of disciplines such as biology, culture and psychology, and international management. He is founder and President of Lincoln University College Malaysia which offers more than 160 programs including various PhDs and MBBS programs via 12 faculties. Dr Amiya is also Founder CEO of Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, Sydney, Australia. He is a visionary leader for developing society via education and training. He has worked with many international organisations. Most notable position was Director of International for Ottawa University (USA). He also serving as Mayor for the City of Akko in Gombe, Africa 2022 till date. He has been awarded Bintang Cemerlang Melaka (B.C.M.) in the year 2020 by Government of Melaka, Malaysia. While working with international universities he has gained various types of educational development work that include writing policies and strategies of education for a number of countries. He has travelled all the continents of world too more than 120 countries that inclue to Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, Latin America and Australasia for his work. He has vast editorial work of several books from reputed publishers like NOVA sc Inc USA, IGI Global, and more than 200 research publications in reputed journals. He is also serving as Editor in Chief of different journals in Malaysia and Australia. Dr Amiya believes in Abraham Lincoln’s philosophy of providing education to each and every human being of the world. Further, that through education we can help each and every human being to manifest their hidden divinity, power, strength and scholarships of wisdom to the humanity. Dr Amiya terms this kind of activity as “WORK IS WORSHIP”. Wih this self discipline, Prof Bhaumik has expanded Lincoln University College and its programs in more than 30 over countries. Lincoln University College has extensive programs in health care especially medicine where students upon graduation apply for USA, UK, Australia medical licensing examination.

Sandeep Poddar , Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) also served as Senior Research Director and Executive Editor(Publications), Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Adjunct Faculty (Honorary), Bharat Center Canada. Dr Sandeep has been graduated from University of Calcutta in with Honours in Zoology, he has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Master of Science in Zoology with specialization in Biochemical Genetics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute with distinction. In addition to this he also obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lincoln University College. He has completed PhD in Zoology from Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences (University of Calcutta) on Cytotoxicity. After completing PhD he pursued Post Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. Associated in establishment of molecular diagnostics laboratory (Neon) at present under Desun Hospitals, Kolkata. Set Biotechnology laboratory at college in Hooghly, West Bengal under University of Burdwan. He has published more than 250 research papers (in reputed Scopus Web of Sc indexed journals and books, filed more than 15 patents, organized international conferences, and also edited books in Malaysia, Australia, India and USA. He is serving as Guest editor of different reputed Scopus indexed journals of Elsevier, Inderscience, Pertanika like publishers. He has initiated the International Journal of Advancement in Life Sciences Research. Dr Sandeep is founder Secretary of Dr Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata, India. He is active member of different organizations, Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Science News Association, World Academy of Sciences, Mental Health Innovation Network, UK, Malaysian Society for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Fellow member of World Researchers Associations.

Manish Dadhich is Ph.D. from the Department of Commerce, EAFM, University of Rajasthan, M. Com, UGC-NET (Commerce); MBA-FM, UGC-NET (Management), RPSC- SET (Management). He has 13+ years of teaching experience in various colleges, universities, and corporate sectors, a rare blend of academia, industry, corporate consultancy, and research. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in School of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. He has published more than 62 research papers in reputed international & national journals, including 18 papers in Scopus/SCI/IEEE/WoS/ABDC. He also presented more than 52 research papers at national and international conferences. He is a reviewer, advisor, and editorial board member of various reputed International Journals and Conferences of IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier. He was awarded two gold medals in National Seminar for the best research paper. He authored one textbook and an edited book. He is a regular invitee for FDP, research workshops, orientation, and refresher course lectures. He is also awarded one Australian patent. Further, his main research focuses on Finance, Banking, AI-ML, Econometrics, and Statistics.

Kamal Hiran is an Innovative and Enthusiastic Academic Professional having more than 14 years of experience in Academic Administration, Teaching and Research experience in India, Europe, and Africa. I have worked on various academic positions such as Lecturer, Sr. Lecturer, Asst. Professor, Associate Professor, Head IT, Head Academics, Founder, IEEE Liberia, IEEE Ghana Technical & Professional Activity Chair, IEEE SB Coordinator. I have done the tie-up with Academic-Industry collaboration as part of my jobs such as Turnitin (Plagiarism Checker), Founder IEEE Student Branch, Ghana, and Oracle WDP. Currently she is working as Research Supervisor and Professor at the Azteca University, Mexico and Adjunct Professor at the Jyoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Rajasthan, India. She worked at the BlueCrest University College, Liberia, Africa; BlueCrest University College, Ghana, Africa; Amity University, India; Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services, India. She is interested in the field of Machine Learning and Cloud computing framework development. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences; 3 Indian Patents; 5 books on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Mobile Cloud Computing, Intelligent IoT Systems for Big Data Analysis and Mobile Application Development.
