About the Author
Jeanne Marquardt Elmhorst received her master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, then taught in Asia for three years, sparking her interest in intercultural communication. Formerly at the University of Albuquerque and the University of New Mexico, She currently teaches at Albuquerque TVI Community College, where her courses reflect the variety in the communication discipline.
