A SMALL BOOK WITH MASSIVE RESULTS !
This is a no-nonsense, straight talking self-help book aimed at those people that have commenced the journey of management and that need a lot of support and guidance which is sadly lacking in many work environments.
This book will fill that void and potentially accelerate the management learning journey by sharing methods and tips built up from over forty years of experience.
Most management books out there are focused on enhancing certain elements of the readers' management skills or abilities.
This book is aimed at the person that has just made their first steps onto the management ladder and who needs to be seen as an effective manager almost immediately.
It is short and punchy and designed in such a way that it can be referred to daily, even hourly, on-the-job, if required.
The book is in seven modules and covers most situations and scenarios that you will find yourself in as a manager of people with real-life examples of conversations that can , and will, take place.
In essence, it can take years of experience to become comfortable with yourself as a manager of people.
This book aims to give you the tools, methods and tips to get you there a lot quicker and become a COMFORT-ABLE manager !
