If you like an entertaining mix of mystery, sleuthing and action thrills with rich characters and real dialogue in every story, you’ll enjoy the Raja Williams series.
THE COLOR OF GREED
A mysterious death. A depraved secret. The ruthless Chinese mafia.
MURDER IS NEVER SIMPLE.
A wealthy California heiress hires Raja Williams to investigate the accidental death of her young husband. As more bodies pile up, Raja and his partner Vinny find themselves targeted by a powerful enemy with much to hide, and they must race to uncover the truth before everyone involved, including the two of them, ends up dead.
BRILLIANT, FEARLESS, UNSTOPPABLE. Raja Williams is a private detective who relentlessly pursues justice using his intuitive genius and penetrating empathy to unravel mysteries. Readers have described him as "a cross between Dirk Pitt and Alex Cross."
Raja's partner, Vinny Moore, is a gorgeous hipster geek who prefers hacking computers to haute couture. The free spirit counterpart to Raja’s Oxford sensibility, Vinny loves to push Raja's buttons with the hipster lingo she is constantly picking up on the internet. Despite her teasing, Vinny is Raja's best friend, and none are better at solving crimes.
WHAT READERS ARE SAYING:
"Hats off to Jack Thompson for a great thriller that was good clean fun."
"I love Raja Williams. He is a brilliant private investigator with an amazing heart."
"Crime solving and kick ass...totally enjoyable way to spend time indoors."
“I just love Vinny she’s my hero. And Raja just ‘knows’ when something is wrong and begins to work on the problem... The building of the characters and the story line are beautifully dealt with. Mr. Thompson has created a great series that I will enjoy reading.”
“Had me from chapter one and I couldn't put it down. It's fast-paced, full of action, and dripping with mystery."
"I've always enjoyed mysteries, but this novel has something special, a certain and undeniable joie de vivre."
“A very well developed plot with equally well developed characters... This is one mystery you must read.”
The Raja Williams series is written without the perverse, graphic violence or explicit sex overdone in too much contemporary fiction. I call it good, clean fun. -Jack Thompson
