Review
"Those who continue to enjoy coloring (and the stress-relief benefits) are often left to choose between a selection of books featuring cartoon characters that don't challenge the part of our brains that has far outgrown the big pictures. That's where companies like Barron's are stepping in with lines of coloring books specifically for adults. "Color Yourself Calm" is a book that contains images of a more spiritual nature. Each page comes with a companion image already filled in so you get an idea of how the image should look. Messages are also printed on the bottom relating to mindfulness and other spiritual ideas. I love that because it gives you something to meditate on while you color. I think the combination is a great way to meditate and allow your subconscious mind to come through. If you're itching to let your inner child out to play, I'd recommend picking up some of these books. It seriously took me back and was a blast to work with the books."

"I hope everyone gets a chance to relax on a tropical beach this summer! But if you can't, and need to find a way to decompress, why not color like you did when you were a child? It's meditative and therapeutic in the most inexpensive yet effective way. Beautiful patterns that any Spirograph enthusiast would be envious of, Color Yourself Calm does what its title says."
