He was part of the reason she wanted to end it all but now she is all he wants.
"I really thought Mason might kill me, but he was completely different to the Mason I knew and had grown to hate."
At opposite ends of the social scale, Mason and Lacy are worlds apart but things are set to change for the pair when a chance meeting makes them realize just how alike they really are.
When their worlds collide, sparks fly, and emotions run high. Becoming each other’s lifeline could be just the change they need to bring them back from their own darkness.
Content Warning: Reader discretion advised. This book contains scenes and/or references to violence, child abuse, bullying, suicide, drug and alcohol use, bad language, sex.
"Another great read. Has some content some may find difficult to read. The love they find in one another is great after what they have faced."
"Tugs on your heart strings in a few different ways. Lovely story with real life issues that unfortunately some high school kids have to face. The main characters deserve the happiness they find."
"The characters were the typical ones in this bully romance. He’s a jock who thinks highly of himself. She’s a loner who just wishes school was done. I liked the way the story evolved. It turned into a sweet love story."
"I love Roma's books. There's always something different. Every book leaves you wanting more. Some are raunchy and sexy where others have you crying your freaking eyes out. I have laughed with, cried for, got angry at, prayed for the characters. I am looking forward to more of Roma's books."
