First edition, with disbound pages from Graham Watson s contribution to Book Society (A. Deutsch, 1980), loosely inserted, along with a photocopied DNB article on Woodruff. Also inserted is a headed notecard showing publisher Duff Hart-Davis s address, with the following penned note: Very many thanks for the P.F. issue.
