About this Item
A group of 144 advertisement postcards for the popular coca wine / patent medicine designed by various French artists. Circa 1900s-1910s. Each card depicts images of people consuming Vin Mariani. All are black-and-white with the exception of one in color depicting a woman injecting herself in the leg, Albert Guillaume's "Consolation." Most unused (a few postmarked with messages) and neatly organized in a three-ring binder. Seller Inventory # 140945516
