Paperback. In the summer of 2019, I hit rock bottom. I had finished off a bottle of whiskey and got in my car with only one intention; ending it. Yet for some unforeseen reason, I crawled out of that flipped over green SUV without a scratch and nowhere left to turn. No one was injured, but many were in pain. Something needed to be done, and so it was. I went to war with the demons in my mind. This is a collection of writings through the first year of sobriety. It isn't easy. It isn't pretty. But it can happen. This is my story. I don't know you nor you me. I tell myself that if my words help even one person, then my struggle, my pain, was worth it. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
