En 1914, paraît chez Eugène Rey le deuxième et dernier grand recueil de Jehan Rictus:Le C?ur populaire, qui contient tous les poèmes qui ne sont pas des "soliloques" (poèmes-monologues destinés à être récités sur scène):doléances, ballades, plaintes, complaintes, récits, chants de misère et d?amour. Il y fait parler divers personnages miséreux : prostituées, enfants battus, ouvriers, cambrioleurs . Gabriel Randon de Saint-Amand qui prit le pseudonyme de Jehan Rictus, est né à Boulogne-sur-Mer le 21 septembre 1867 et mort à Paris le 6 novembre 1933. C'est un poète français, célèbre pour ses ?uvres composées dans la langue du peuple du Paris de son époque. Célébrité de la toute fin du XIXe siècle et des premières années du XXe, il participe aux débuts du Théâtre libre, à la fondation du Mercure de France et à beaucoup d?autres petites revues des mouvances décadentes et symbolistes. Il fraie avec les anarchistes lors de la vague d?attentats de 1892-1894. Ses poèmes se trouvent principalement réunis dans deux livres, Les Soliloques du pauvre et . le C?ur populaire. Le premier fait soliloquer un sans-logis contraint d'errer dans Paris, le second divers personnages : prostituées, enfants battus, ouvriers, cambrioleurs, etc.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
