Contemporary calf and marbled boards. 8vo. 119pp. Engraved frontispiece relating to tobacco-chewing. The first codification of Connecticut laws, compiled by Roger Ludlow. A good copy with some chipping to the upper spine and some fading and edgewear to the covers. The text is very good with some scattered foxing and spotting. The front flyleaf lacks a large piece at the right side.
