The Coach’s Enabler is a practical, humane guide for anyone who helps others become more self-aware, purposeful, and effective. Drawing on decades of experience in coaching, leadership, and organisations, Baburaj Nair and Dr. Suresh Verghis introduce the PECC Coaching Framework—Priming, Exploration, Challenge, and Commitment—to build trust, deepen reflection, challenge assumptions, and turn insight into action. With more than 20 field-tested exercises and 500 coaching questions, the book is more than a toolkit; it is a companion for reflective practice. It encourages coaches to use tools lightly, listen deeply, and remain present with each person, recognising that people are not finished products but evolving learners capable of growth.
What They Say“Great coaching is not just good instinct - it is a disciplined practice. Baburaj Nair and Suresh Verghis understand this deeply, and they have written a book that gives coaches both the structure and the humanity to do their best work. Grounded in decades of real-world experience, The Coach’s Enabler equips coaches with the tools, questions, and frameworks to move beyond surface-level conversations and create the conditions for lasting behavioral change.”
