Item description from seller

Small 4to; papered boards; pp. (ii) + 18; folding endpapers with colour reproductions of the artist's works. Edges of boards very slightly shelf-rubbed. Very good condition. "Seen in wider perspective, Clive van den Berg's works pose a difficult problem for any art historian or critic. Not clinging to the traditional iconography of the prominent landscape painting traditions of the 18th and 19th centuries, his works resist interpretation along these lines.".
