You've worked hard to become the leader you are today-but if your days are filled with back-to-back meetings, constant firefighting, and a growing sense that your team can't function without you, something's broken. The traditional model of leadership-where you solve every problem and carry the team on your shoulders-isn't just unsustainable. It's holding you back.CLICKING offers a refreshingly practical roadmap for leaders who are ready to move beyond over-involvement and start building resilient, self-sufficient teams. Drawing on 15 years of hands-on experience with leaders from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s, executive coach, ex-Deloitte, and former Chief People Officer Daria Rudnik introduces the CLICK framework: a tested method for turning disengaged, overly reliant groups into high-performing teams that run with clarity and autonomy. The CLICK framework focuses on five critical pillars: Clear Purpose: Define why your team exists-and what drives them.Linking Connections: Build trust that fuels collaboration.Integrated Work: Establish team processes that foster autonomy.Collaborative Decisions: Empower teams to act without top-down control.Knowledge Sharing: Create a culture where feedback and learning flow freely. CLICKING is the rare leadership book that's both strategic and deeply practical. It addresses the real challenges modern leaders face-like burnout, misalignment, and constant firefighting-and offers a clear, step-by-step path to building teams that don't just function, but thrive. Whether you're a new manager or a seasoned executive drowning in meetings, this book offers the clarity, structure, and mindset shift you need to lead well without burning out. This is the book you'll return to again and again-especially when your team is stuck or your calendar's out of control. If you're ready to reclaim your time, scale your leadership, and empower your team to perform without you in the room, CLICKING will show you how. This item is printed on demand. Most teams aren’t broken—they’re poorly designed.
And everyone can feel it. Managers drown in meetings, solving problems their teams should handle. Executives become decision bottlenecks. High performers burn out carrying the load—while others wait for clarity, direction, or permission to act.
This isn’t a people problem.
It’s a systems problem—and it keeps organizations stuck in survival mode.
CLICKING gives you a practical, repeatable framework to fix it—at scale.
Drawing on 15 years of team development work across tech companies, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 organizations, former Chief People Officer and ex–Deloitte professional Daria Rudnik introduces the CLICK framework: a proven methodology for turning disconnected groups into truly independent, high-performing teams.
You’ll build five critical capabilities:
Each chapter includes tools you can deploy immediately—whether you're developing one team or rolling out a leadership program across 500 employees. One telecom company used this exact framework to reduce their contact center's call times by 43% in just 30 days—saving millions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The choice is simple: Keep treating individuals as the problem, or implement a systematic solution that transforms how teams function across your entire organization.
Written exclusively for:
CLICKING shows you how to build teams that don't just survive—they thrive, innovate, and free everyone to focus on the work that matters most.
