The CRM interface is no longer the only place where Salesforce work gets done.
A new way of working has arrived: bringing Salesforce data, workflows, business logic, and governed actions directly into Claude.
Claudeforce is the practical guide for Salesforce professionals who want to understand and use the emerging Salesforce–Anthropic partnership to work with their CRM through AI-powered conversations and agentic workflows.
Built around Salesforce in Claude, the book explores how Salesforce capabilities can be accessed through Claude using secure, governed connections—allowing teams to reason over live business context, review pipeline activity, prepare for meetings, update CRM information, and take action without constantly switching between traditional application screens.
Salesforce describes Claudeforce as a partnership that combines Claude's reasoning with Salesforce data, workflows, business logic, actions, and governance. The initial Salesforce in Claude experience includes 37 prebuilt sales skillsdesigned around live revenue workflows.
