About the Author: Cheryl Long and Heather Kibbey are co-authors of Classic Liqueurs. Cheryl Long, a writer and home economist, is formerly an editor of Oregon Restaurateur Magazine and president of Culinary Arts Ltd. She has authored a number of books, including Gourmet Mustards, with co-author Helene Sawyer. Long has previously edited a microwave magazine, worked as a food consultant and columnist. Heather Kibbey, a former magazine editor and newspaper food columnist, is the author of more than twenty books. The owner of Northwest Publishers Consortium, Kibbey has hosted a weekly radio show, “House Calls.” One of her latest books, soon to be published, is a mystery that includes recipes. The authors have enjoyed teaching cooking classes for many years and are currently at work on new books. Both live with their families in Oregon.
