Both book and dustjacket are in excellent condition. Schwind wrote from true experience as a veteran charter boat captain and Cape Cod shellfish constable, ensuring the book serves as a practical guide to gathering, shucking, and preparing wild coastal seafood. The book is as much a collection of entertaining coastal lore as it is a guide. Reviewers appreciate that the narratives blur the lines between reality and old-school maritime truth. ; ; 106 pages.
