Their beauty, however, comes at a price, and any attempts to leave the circus end in their gory demise. The third film in what critic David Price called production comany Anglo-Amalgamated's "Sadian trilogy," preceded by "Horrors of the Black Museum" and "Peeping Tom" the previous year.
