Nobody elected it.For a decade, Agent Elias Voss has crossed centuries on behalf of the Chrono Division, quietly correcting history before small deviations become catastrophic futures. He has learned to trust the mission, follow the calculations, and leave the moral questions behind. Then a routine assignment in 1962 Washington, D.C., goes wrong. After Elias and his partner, Rin Okada, prevent a seemingly minor exchange, they return to a future that is subtly but unmistakably different. A mysterious observer with technology that should not exist has been watching them, and the deeper Elias and Rin investigate, the more disturbing the pattern becomes.Unauthorized incursions stretch across centuries. A powerful family appears to have been protected by forces hidden inside the history Elias thought he was defending. And buried within the origins of the Chrono Division itself is evidence of Project Legacy - a conspiracy designed not merely to preserve the timeline, but to shape it.Now Elias and Rin must decide what happens when the guardians of history discover that history has been manipulated from the beginning. Their search for the truth will carry them across centuries, place them against allies and enemies who each believe they are protecting the future, and force them to confront the most dangerous question of all: Who should have the power to decide what history is supposed to be?Chrono Division: Guardians of Tomorrow is a fast-moving science-fiction time-travel thriller blending temporal intrigue, conspiracy, alternate history, action, and questions about power, free will, and the cost of controlling the future.
