Unlike the later edition (the first edition issued 1829-1833 was issued in eight parts and reprinted in 1864. This is two volumes. Bound in paper covered boards backed in blue morocco, spine gilt, small sticker to spine and last leaf, corners worn, spine faded and rubbed.
