Et bien que les lettres par eux pass�es au moins par les d�put�s en ceste partie, c'est � savoir Pierre, archevesque de Bordeaux; Bertrand seigneur de Monferrand; Gaillart de Durefort, seigneur de Duras; Bertrand de Chartreuse maire dudit Bordeaux; Jean de la Linde, seigneur de Br�de; Bertrand d'angem, sei gueur de Royon; et Guillaume Oderon, seigneur de Laussac fussent sign�es de leurs seings manuels, de quoy cy-devant a est� fait pleine d�claration, n�antmoins ils fauss�rent leurs serments, comme dit est, et se c0mport�rent tout au rebours de tout ce qu'ils avoient promis et jur� et remirent ladite cit� de Bordeaux, ensembleles bonnes villes et l'or teresses de ce pays - l�, en l'ob�issance et subjetion de Tallebot chevalier anglois, au nom du roy Henry d'angleterre ce guise fit parla s�duction et conspiration du seigneur de Duras du souldich de Talrau, soubs - maire de ladite cit�, avec le doyen de Saint - Severin, et le seigneur de Lespare, qui le firent avec ledit de Tallebot.
