Old mitered calf with double fillet mitered frames and floral corner ornaments on both sides. Re-backed in period style in calf with back in six compartments, red & black leather gilt lettering pieces in the second & third. Five raised bands. All edges red. Very good clean copy with age toning and occasional min-or stains. Wing P 1267. Smith II 291. Sabin 59689. The first edition, 1673, mentioned on the title page of this third edition, is un-located.
