Review
Everything about this book is engaging...ultimately, the real value of this book shines through with the intimate details Rochford shares about his life as a fighter pilot on the western front during the First World War. If you enjoy history, adventure and good, old fashioned story telling, you can't possibly go wrong with "I Chose the Sky." --Indy Squadron Dispatch
Described in the forward by his former commanding officer, the 60-victory ace Raymond Collishaw, as "hell on wings," Rochford's unassuming manner and eye for minute detail is apparent throughout...This excellent autobiography is highly recommended. --D.T., Between the Bookends
