I've been there. Young, single, in a relationship and overwhelmed with the messages the media throws at our society, especially teens and young adults. We frequently hear "you should be this; you should try this; you should have sex; you should be in a relationship." We are being bombarded with messages and ideas that tell us that having sex outside of marriage is okay, in fact, good. We are being told that having sex with multiple partners is acceptable, as long as you "use protection." We frequently hear that being abstinent is abnormal.
The truth is, being sexually abstinent is a wonderful experience and the right thing to do. As a matter of fact, being abstinent can safeguard you from the negative consequences [spiritually, mentally and physically] that come with premarital sex. Did you know that sex is not just a physical act, but it involves your total self- spirit, soul and body?
I Choose to Wait is designed to inspire, encourage, advise and mentor anyone on how to live a life of purity, abstinence and holiness.
This book is primarily for:
- anyone who is abstinent and intends to remain so
- anyone who may have been sexually active and wants to be abstinent
- anyone who isn't sure about what being abstinent means and has a desire to find out more, or
- anyone who desires to share this timely message and bless lives around the world, to the glory of God.

About the Author
Grace Anyanwu, born from an Igbo/Nigerian heritage, is a psalmist, preacher, songwriter, designer, an engineer by profession, author and abstinence advocate.
The vocal anointing Grace carries has left various congregations awed and mesmerized as she led them into God's awesome presence. As a result, she's traveled within the United States and around the world blessing lives with her angelic voice and ministering the word of God.
Grace Anyanwu received her Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Communications with a minor in Spanish. She then completed her Masters of Science in Integrated Digital Media Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering, graduating summa cum laude.
In the summer of 2016, Grace married her love and best friend, Dr. Miracle Anyanwu. Since then, the dynamic duo has worked together vigorously in building up the 'body of Christ' all over the world.
She, alongside her husband, presides over various ministries such as Miracle Anyanwu Ministries (M.A.M), Wisdom Nuggets with Dr. Miracle, I Choose to Wait Movement (I.C.W.), Life-Impact Generations Outreach (L.I.G.O. Foundation) - a non-profit charitable organization that blesses the lives of the impoverished and under-privileged with food, toiletries, clothing and medical supplies and so on. They also have an online clothing store called Model Modesty.
The God-fearing couple has a heart for the youth; and they've been determined to make a remarkable difference through leadership, humanitarian works, music, and media.
Outside of ministry, they love traveling, relaxing on the beach, watching movies, bowling and spending time with loved ones. They are blessed with three lovely children (a son and two daughters).
