By Osvald Siren, Professor in the University of Stockholm. Includes plates 422-553 of the Tang Dynasty; Plates 554-561 Honan, Plates 562-566, Shantung; Plates 567-577, Chili; Plates 578-93, Liao Dynasty [907-1119] and Chin Dynasty [1115-1234]; Plates 593-608, Wu Yeh [908-978] Sung and Southern Sung Dynasty [960-1279]; Plates 609-623, Yuan Dynasty [1230-1367]. Plate 527 with frayed lower edge apparently marginally miscut. Otherwise sound and tight. Occasional light foxing mainly affecting margins of the leaves. Plates in Collotype.
