This 5.5 x 8.0 inch, 213 page hardcover book with dust wrapper is the stated 1948 second impression of this title. This copy is in fine condition with virtually no wear or condition issues to be seen with the green cloth covers with gilt titling on the spine. The binding is firm and square and the interior text pages show only two dog-eared pages that are now flattened out. Beyond that there are no markings, damage or wear to be seen throughout the text. The dust wrapper is in only very good condition with crinkling along the top and bottom edges and with the spine strip and folds showing sun-fading. The wrapper paper is rather thin and printed on a cut-up map of the Netherlands by using color characters and lighting on the map. The issued wrapper features titling on the front panel and spine and lists two books by the publisher on the back panel with the ?Second Impression? stated on the inside front flap and this information is also on the copyright page of the book. 213 pages.
