Synopsis:
Chinese Paradise is a series of textbooks for an elective course of elementary Chinese for children of 5 to 12 years of age in English-speaking countries. The book was developed based on children's reading habits and learning characteristics and features numerous classroom games, interactive lessons and illustrations. It has three levels, each of which consists of Student's Books A and B accompanied with CD and cards of words and expressions; Workbooks A and B accompanied with CD; and A Teacher's Book in Chinese and a Teacher's Book in English. Also available are cards of Chinese alphabets for classroom instruction, and a package of teaching aids, including a Chinese knot and a set of paper cuts etc.
