This research work explains about the forgotten progress in History of Mankind and its ongoing-reality under disguised double standard of Japanese 'Liberal Democracy' and Chinese 'Communism', which are struggling against their own powerless legal system, existing and functioning without a spirit of global modernization.

Tony Kosuge first studied Law in Keio University.. After travelling from Japan via Russia, to Europe and America, he continued to research Politics at the Graduate School of Keio University. Worked as reporter of Japan's Kyodo News Agency, he then joined Jones Lang Wootton's Hong Kong office in 1987, covering their business also in China, South Korea, Taiwan and South East Asia. He was transferred to its London headquarters and worked as Director of Japanese Business covering UK, Europe and America from 1995 to 2023. For this book, he visited and studied about East Asia and Eurasia where Japanese academics and scholars were predominant to assess the coming unprecedented global tension in East Asia.
