張遠山案:《莊子復原本》於2010年初版問世之後,小友南皮劉朝飛向予索得《莊子》佚文電子版,文末有予新輯佚文1條。朝飛有志於踵武前賢,遂廣搜前賢所遺,新輯十餘條,又收同道小友昆明賀聞吉1條、贛江劉峰1條。《莊子復原本》再版之前,予擬收爲附錄,遂囑朝飛依循《莊子復原本》義例,予以分類辨析。其間往復商討多次,數易其稿,漸趨完備,或可供莊學研究者參考。

又及,定稿之前,朝飛呈示棗莊王寧先生指謬,承其補正卓見數條,復允列入,遂使此稿大爲增色,特致謝忱!

辛丑季夏,南皮劉朝飛又案:前者稿成,本擬附新版《莊子復原本》而行,因故未果。然而三年之中,所積漸多。先覓得張成秋《莊子篇目考》,後得見鼎秀古籍全文檢索平臺中敦煌文獻,近日又蒙劉峰先生傳來陳重寬《莊子佚文重訂稿》。于此《莊子復原本》再版之際,耗時半月,重新整理此編。

前言

世人皆知今傳《莊子》非全本,而輯其佚文者,南宋王應麟之後,代有其人。近世總其成者,則有馬敘倫、王叔岷二家。此後爲此學者,有張成秋(〈莊子佚篇佚文考〉,見其書《莊子篇目考》),江世榮(〈莊子佚文舉例--兼論莊子輯佚工作中的一些問題〉〈劉安莊子解說輯要〉),何志華、朱國藩《唐宋類書徵引〈莊子〉文獻彙編》,張遠山(〈郭象所刪莊子佚文概覽〉)等,寥寥數家而已。

惟前賢難免有所不足。如王引〈日者列傳〉僅有"君子內無飢寒之患,外無劫奪之憂",而無"居上而敬,居下不爲害,君子之道也"十四字;又如馬引《文選注》"不肖繫俗",誤連下"窘,拘囚之皃"一句。又皆廣收而少辨僞,且略于釋義。故今整比其文,辨析眞僞,附以淺見,得可信之《莊子》佚文凡170條3176字。另有不可信者79條剔出附後以備考。

作者簡介

劉朝(zhāo)飛,1987年生于河北省南皮縣,現爲湖南省郴州市湘南學院顧炎武研究中心特聘研究員。

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Ria Christie Collections, Uxbridge, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
