It encourages children to stop, to stay, to focus and to play, with the aim being to provide the friendliest, kindest and most enjoyable introduction to mindfulness. The further incentives of Josephine Dellow's quirky, stand-out illustrations, as well as interactive sticker pages and press-outs, makes it an unmissable addition to any bookshelf. Through the puzzles and games, the tips and the tricks, the practice of mindfulness becomes approachable, relatable and fun, providing the right balance between advice and activity, and the perfect companion to any little person interested in finding some quiet in their day and some peace at their core.…
