The hardcover of "A Child's Rhymes" exhibits noticeable wear, with some scuffing and a tear on the front cover. The binding remains intact, and the pages are clean, though they show some age-related toning. The absence of a dust jacket is noted, and overall, the book is in fair condition, suitable for collectors who appreciate vintage children's books.
