I guess you've always known it - that they live inside your home. You've probably seen or heard them when you're sitting all alone. What's a girl to do when she realizes her house is full of monsters? She befriends them! This humorous and slightly spooky story will delight any child who has ever suspected that monsters are roaming around the house.
About the Author: James Otis Thach has a penchant for rhyme that was inspired by his grandmother, who used to exchange funny little verses with him on birthdays and holidays. He worked for a number of years in the entertainment industry. When not racking his brain trying to rhyme words like sauerkraut and purple, he runs a tutoring company with his brother. A Child's Guide to Common Household Monsters is his first picture book. David Udovic: For thirty-four years David has made his living as a commercial and fine artist, working in the areas of physical and industrial design, sculpture, limited-edition serigraphy, oil and acrylic paintings, and murals. He has also provided numerous illustrations for children's magazines, including Ladybug, Spider, and Hopscotch. A Child's Guide to Common Household Monsters is his second picture book.
