Previously, she has worked in teacher education at the University of Hertfordshire on undergraduate and PGCE programmes. Peter Gordon works in Primary ITT for the Forest Independent Primary Collegiate, an Essex-based SCITT in UK, as well as working for Middlesex University as a Programme Advisor for Work-Based Learning and runs an MA module on leadership for the professional development of teachers. Peter was an infant headteacher for several years and worked in an advisory capacity as a primary school Improvement Partner
