Hardcover. "Changing perspective is all it takes to see a new path forward in The Child Prophet by the visionary author Renee Topper. Reminiscent of the famous novella The Little Prince. The book explores what it means to make peace with the past and let go of the fear and worry of the future, to move into a place of living in the now." -Book Excellence "Strong, precise, succinct, riveting. The Child Prophet sits proudly in the rare books section of my collection (a separate series of bookshelves encased in glass)." -Richard Tayson, author of The World Underneath and Look Up For Yes "A profound expression of what is possible when we work to heal the wounds imposed on us as children and inform our adult lives. This delightful and inspiring creation brings this awareness to light! -Alice Moore, Energy Healer/ DEI Consultant "The Child Prophet is an exquisite tale of a journey from hopeless darkness to playful light." - Rohan Quine, author of The Beasts of Electra Drive The Child Prophet is an award-winning illustrated story for grown-ups that inspires reconnecting with your inner child to heal from depression. The Child Prophet is a story of revelation about a woman who has lost all hope and goes to the desert to end it all when she is interrupted by a mysterious child. This modern parable, full of grace and wit, gives universal clues to reconnecting with Source to lead a truer, happier life. Sometimes a story is enough to help in the healing. The Child Prophet is such a story, a Zen tale of presence and self-love, a journey within, from darkness to light, an experience that doesn't ask permission but wills forgiveness. It is for those readers keen to put a fresh female perspective on the treasure shelf alongside The Giving Tree, The Tao of Pooh, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, and What You Do With An Idea? From the award-winning bestselling author of PIGMENT: Limbs of the Mukuyu Tree, artist, activist, and healer, Renee Topper, this is a guiltless gift-to-self, an exhale for those who don't know they are holding their breath.
