Neuware - A Ski Chalet Cookbook. Full of easy recipes for groups of hungry skiers. Ideal for self-catering ski holidays for families and large groups. Plenty of money-saving recipes to get the most from your holiday funds. It tells the story of one family and their purchase of a new Ski Chalet in the French Alps 'off the plan'.
