Of Cherokee heritage, Dr. Wilson was a founder of the field of neuro-oncology and one of the world?s leading practitioners of microneurosurgery for the treatment of brain tumors and intracranial aneurysms. Cherokee Neurosurgeon gives fascinating insight into Dr. Wilson's inspirations, achievements, and failures?revealing how Wilson achieved international success, and how his family and colleagues suffered from his fanatical work ethic, blunt perfectionism, and driving energy.
