Chemistry for the Modern Mind demonstrates that the wide world of chemistry is open to anyone with the desire to investigate man's seem and unseen world. In an overall presentation of chemistry and its potential and with an abundance of illustrations, Dr Rudolph overcomes the traditional prejudice that chemistry is dry, irrelevant and comprehensible only to scientists, and clearly shows that chemistry is a vibrant science, intimately connected with our everyday lives.Dust cover has a minor tear on edge of its back as well as other minor wear.Pages are clean and bright. Top edge of pages are foxed.
