Christian history is full of people God has used to do great works for His glory. Not only are we often in awe of what God has done, but who He used to do it. We should live mindful that “nothing is impossible with God.”
Author Austin DeLoach, Jr. draws principles from the story of David and Goliath and teaches how God uses ordinary people to do extra-ordinary tasks. These principles can help you:
recognize divine appointments
overcome criticism
use the past as a positive
maintain a heart for God
and more
“I first met Austin DeLoach while he was a student at Liberty University: he went on to become the senior class president and graduate. Later he became the recipient of the Eagle Award in 1998. The Eagle Award recognizes distinguished Alumnus of Liberty University, awarded to the young man or woman who has graduated from our university who has done outstanding work and excelled in accomplishment. I believe that Austin DeLoach is building a great church. God’s hand is upon him, and he will use this book for the glory of God.”
Austin DeLoach, Jr. is pastor of Southside Baptist Church in Lakeland, GA and Cornerstone Baptist Church in Homerville, GA. He is a 1995 graduate of Liberty University. Pastor DeLoach is the speaker of The Truth of the Matter, a radio and television ministry. He and his family live in Homerville, GA. He is pictured with his wife, Jennifer, and daughters, Alora Gail, KenLee, and Dempsey Anna.
