Alex Meyers has never believed in the ideas of love at first sight or happily ever after. Not even when she was married. Now that she's divorced and a single mom to her four year old son, romance is the last thing on her mind. Actually, it's not even on her mind. But her friends and sister have other ideas- they think a man is just what Alex needs and set out to push her into the path of any single man in New York. When she meets gorgeous, determined Jamison Scott, she attempts to keep her distance, but Jamison refuses to let her. Will Alex continue to hide behind her cynical, broken heart or will she choose her happily ever after?
