Paperback. This book describes the author's experience in the process of moving from child to scientist. Duncan T. Moore calls Greenler an Ambassador for Science and writes in the foreword that he has done more than many Nobel Prize winners to bring the excitement of science and engineering to everyone. This book is a personal account that will be read with interest by a young person contemplating a career in science, by a scientist who has gone through such a process, and by a nonscientist who has an interest in how the enterprise of science works. Tracing the journey from childhood wonder to scientific achievement, this personal account reveals the challenges and excitement of discovery in science and engineering. Vivid insights into the process of innovation invite both aspiring scientists and curious readers to explore the world of research. Shipping may be from our Sydney, NSW warehouse or from our UK or US warehouse, depending on stock availability.
