Comb-bound, revised from D.R.S. 1972, has previous owner's name at top of front cover with "Official Use Only" stamp at base, slight bumps with touch of creasing to corners of covers, faint sunning and very slight wear to cover edges, and a hint of a very slight wave to text block, otherwise a solid VG copy.
