Folded 12 1/2 x 9 1/2 inch menu from NYC Chanterelle restaurant with John Dugdale design on front; this copy has the menu offerings on the inside for February 19 - March 16 1996. Chanterelle restaurant was opened by David and Karen Waltuck in NYC in 1979. During its 30 year run it invited artists to create covers for the seasonal menus about every 6 months that were usually offset printed in runs of 800 by American Menu Printing with 70 menus completed by 2009 when the restaurant closed its Tribeca location.
