Folded 6 x 5 inch Amuse Bouches menu from a December 17 1993 meal at NYC Chanterelle restaurant with Philippe Petit design on front; the artist who walked between the Twin Towers on a high-wire on August 7 1974. Chanterelle restaurant was opened by David and Karen Waltuck in NYC in 1979. During its 30 year run it invited artists to create covers for the seasonal menus about every 6 months that were usually offset printed in runs of 800 by American Menu Printing with 70 menus completed by 2009 when the restaurant closed its Tribeca location. Surviving menus with the weekly meals inside are uncommon. Seller Inventory # ChPeCh250
