Paperback. When we incarnate in this physical world, we rent a body to carry out a great task. Normally we sign this rental contract without receiving the instructions. "How to Change and Grow" comes to be that instructional guide that guides us to live our life at its highest level. It covers all the basic techniques that are needed to manage the energy system: the aura and the chakras that we use all the time.In a clear and easy to understand way, Harold Moskovitz explains how to cleanse, clear and balance this fundamental energy system. These techniques will allow us to create good health by balancing all our energy and emotions, which will enable us to resolve life conflicts and create better relationships with those around us, achieving a better job or work environment.Energy is in constant movement. As energy changes, it creates changes on a physical level. Our diseases or problems in life arise when that energy is stopped or blocked. When we become clearly aware of this process, we take full responsibility for our growth and evolution, understanding that we have the ability to create a positive, easy and fluid life experience.
