The numbers seven and 12 permeate our lives: there are seven days in a week, 12 months in a year and seven notes in a scale. Kundalini - evolutionary energy - starts with the seven main chakras. This book explores the spiritual rhythm of these numbers and how, by opening up to their energies through meditation you can speed up your own personal growth.
