Paperback. In Chai on a Rainy Day, young Simran finds herself stuck inside with her mommy as the rain pours outside. But instead of letting the gray skies ruin their day, Mommy has an idea: let's make chai! What begins as a simple kitchen activity becomes something much more-an opportunity for bonding, learning, and sharing family traditions. With easy-to-follow steps and sensory details like the smell of cardamom and the sound of rain, this children's book gently guides readers through the joys of making chai, while also showing how ordinary moments can turn into cherished memories.
