Edited and compiled by Benjamin E. Smith, an American editor. Bound in half black crushed morocco with blue cloth boards. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and rubbing to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine and the odd small mark. Internally, firmly bound with the preface pages loosening. Pages are very bright and clean with light age toning to the endpapers.
