nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Catilina in Classic Tradition is a book written by Mathilda Anna Koehler and published in 1919. The book focuses on the historical figure of Catilina, a Roman politician who attempted to overthrow the Roman Republic in the first century BC. The author examines how Catilina has been portrayed in classical literature and how these portrayals have influenced the way he is perceived in modern times. Koehler analyzes the works of ancient authors such as Cicero, Sallust, and Livy, as well as the works of later writers who were influenced by their accounts. The book provides a comprehensive study of the character of Catilina and the various interpretations of his actions throughout history. It is a valuable resource for scholars of Roman history and literature, as well as anyone interested in the way historical figures are remembered and portrayed over time. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
