About the Author: Harald Seitz has been a group leader at the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology, Branch Bioanalytics and Bioprocesses in Potsdam-Golm since 2012. He received his PhD (2000) and Diploma (1997) from the Free University Berlin and his postdoctoral degree (Habilitation (2012) from the University of Kassel. He worked for more than 10 years at Max-Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin and moved in 2012 to the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology, Branch Bioanalytics and Bioprocesses. His work chiefly focuses on the (bio)analysis of different samples such as human serum or environmental samples using a variety of methods.
